We also have our milk chocolate variety called Chocolate Cordillera Escalera.  With the purchase of this chocolate, you are helping an ecological awareness foundation of the ACR Cordillera Escalera, an area of rainforest which contains great biodiversity in the region of San Martin, Peru.  The oso de anteojos (spectacled bear) makes its home in this area and will be able to do so for years to come.
